Workplace Transition Support is all about getting to know your company and its unique needs. We will come into your office (either in-person or virtually), sit down with your employees from entry level all the way up to the C-Suite leaders, and get a thorough understanding of the support needed for your transgender employee who is transitioning and their colleagues. We will identify the people or groups who need one-on-one and/or group support, education, and training in order to improve communication and create a culture of inclusivity. Gender Education and Training
The transgender and gender non-conforming community has had a set of life experiences that no one outside of the community can fully understand. Executive and Leadership Advising
Leaders are hired to do a specific role because of their expertise and professional experience. Understanding gender diverse populations is rarely a prerequisite for a new role.
